Dr Collins is the least caring "health professional" I have ever met in my 57 yrs. He refused to examine me for a suspected hernia because it "could be work related". It also took this place 2 hours to finally get to giving me a scheduled vaccination. Yes, 2 hours! The worse! Go any where but here.
The Gynecologist Kelsey was the best Doctor i have ever been to The Front Desk staff were very efficient and professional when scheduling my appointment for both my gynecologist and for my Dental appointment as well. Im glad i chose Them as my health care providers
If I could I would not even rate this place as one star!!! This is the second time I have been here and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Our first visit we had an appointment at 1pm and didn't get seen until almost 3pm therfore spending half a day in the waiting room alone, only to see the doctor for less than 15 minutes. The second time again we have an appointment at 11:30 it's now 12:15- 45 mins past our appointment time and no one has come to see us yet. Not to mention as I sit next to the receptionist desk I get to witness the staff disrespectfully assisting customers and then speaking ill of those same customers as they walk away. I have been to many doctors and even work in customer service and one rule of thumb is to NOT talk about your clients, and definitely not in front of other clients. Everyone is entitled to their opinion however, this is a doctor's office people do not come here to be judged!!!!!
The wait time is ridiculously too long. Today will be my last time here. Over 3 hours of my life i cant get back.
They have changed so much to WORST! Moms doctor was Dr Merle she always prescribe her medication on time. Since Dr Merle Left my mom wasn't getting her medications. When I schedule appointment they will call me back to change it to later day Mom had an asthma since her appointment was reschedule I called and ask to prescribe mom asthma medication a male man answered my phone call and said he has to talk to my mother and hang up my phone call and he called mom saying she needs to see doctor, he did not wanted to understood that they were the ones who reschedule appointment to later date and he did not care of moms asthma He did not do anything to reschedule appointment to earlier date. I took mom twice to urgent care mom was still have asthma for almost a year that never happened before, when mom got to S.J clinic they keep putting her with different doctors I try to make them have the same doctor Mom end up at emergency room I called S.J clinic they schedule appointment for a month later knowing she was at emergency room. Since that we never ever again go there! IF YOU GO THERE ITS BECAUSE YOU WANT TO DIE ! LOL so think before you go there!
