If I could give this woman one star I would. DO NOT COME TO HER. Unless you want your hair tangled, damaged and beyond repair. This is what happened to my mother. She had gotten a weave installed for $70, price didn’t seem too unreasonable but I take that back after this past day. On 11/20 around 10pm we decided to take out her braids to prepare for the whole washing sequence the next day but we couldn’t even get to the second row after 30 minutes. I was caught on the first row trying to remove the tangles between the extension and hair. As I was removing the braids the only thing that was coming undone was the extension not the hair itself. So to go back and trying get all knots undone before moving forward took me forever. To fast forward, it’s 9 am right now and my mother is sitting across from me still fighting with her braids.
So to the owner, I hope you can comprehend what you’ve done to my mother. While you received $70 and tip, you’ve caused my mother high levels of stress, horrible hair conditions, immune system compromises and an entire night of sleep loss and the entire day wasted.
