I called the main phone number and spoke to Jane . She was very helpful and went out of her way to assist me and even called me back at one point. The most courteous person yet that I have dealt with at any of the career centers/unemployment insurance offices.

The receptionist was very unhelpful. I explained why I was calling three times. And she finally told me to come to the building instead. Never answered my questions. I live almost an hour away from this place. I got there and they told me to go home and come back next week, because I wasn't on the list. The receptionist never told me I needed to be on a "list". She just told me to come in on a Tuesday or Wednesday before 9.
