It has been almost 20 years since I first contacted Jenkins Plumbing and Heating and I have never had anything but a really stellar experience. From Jeff to JC to all of the technicians, I have always felt like I was a really important customer. Today was no different. Tom came to service my heater and air conditioning units. With precision, neat working habits, and suggestions for maintaining the health of my units, Tom worked as he has done in the past. He phoned me before his arrival, was prompt, cleaned and serviced the units and removed the soiled filter and left my home in perfect condition....... all that with politeness and a smile. As those who came before him, it was a very good experience. I highly recommend this company and their associates, as I have done so many times.
