I requested this bill again the beginning of January. On January 9th I received a letter that the bill was going to be sent with a itemized break down month to month for the last 2 years as of requested.
I own a condo that is under this management company. You do not want to rent or own with them.
Today is January 31,2017 and this information has not been received. I think this is totally unacceptable. I should have received this bill months ago. when first requested. This company does not cooperate and does not send the information requested. Don't move into any of their properties. You will definitely find that they have no idea what they are doing..
I have been waiting for months for a break down of a bill that I requested. In the middle of November I was advised in writing that I would receive the itemized bill within 10 days. I actually first requested this the beginning of 2016 and was told I was not entitled to a break down even though they were billing me.
