Terrible place to live. DO NOT rent here. Bugs from other apartments. The garbage bins are always full and the Tennants do not even throw their trash in them. Garbage and furniture are always piled up next to the containers. These complexs are in poor condition. Management refuses to call back about problems.
It's in a great location, right outside of Atlantic City. The manager was so kind and polite, always assisted me each and every time. I would highly recommend these apartments.
I lived here for about 2 yrs now good neighborhood I haven't had any problems. Anytime i have something that needs to be fixed there's always some one that comes right away great service to the tenants
I resided at Marina Del Ray for two years as a student in college, I loved my apartment. It is a great apartment to reside at for an affordable rate. The manager was absolutely amazing, she was so nice and sweet. The maintenance staff was very attentive and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this community.
