I have rented from enterprise several times over the past few years. They pick me up from my residence; they give me the best deal on vehicles and upgrades when possible... they are extremely friendly and professional... I highly recommend if you should need a car rental to go to enterprise in Pleasantville New Jersey .

The staff is young and eager and that's a good thing. The car's exterior was scraped up a bit when I got it. The office is a sad sight. A converted fast food place, I believe. Must be a coincidence, but every time I'm in there the computer system is down or malfunctioning. Odd. I had my car serviced and had to rush to work. 'wish they could be at the dealership when I arrive there (scheduled in advance) rather than taking more time to drive back to their place. Not convenient at all.
excellent customer service, quickly in and out, a free upgrade which was fantastic. However, my employment discount wasn't able to be used. I needed an economy type vehicle for my long distance drive. the vehicle I was given was nice and sporty but I had to stop frequently for gas. I know I know, you have to stop for gas either way, last time I took this trip I made only one stop. Maybe on my next trip I'll have a better fuel efficient but sporty vehicle. Besides that, I'll always trust enterprise as my "go to" car rental.
