TriCare is the WORST!!!!! The drivers, vehicles, supervisors, dispatchers are all sickening!!! I can't understand why the state still wants dealings with them but oh wait....we all know how the state is with those who has medicaid/medicare. So why not give TriCare a name more suitable for them how about...."TRIFLING" MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION!!!!!
You guys have transported my “rather challenging” mother twice now. Your staff has been nothing but courteous and professional. Thank you for being so kind to an “interesting” old lady! I can’t remember the first gentleman’s name, but the most recent follow was Derick.
Where do I start well... Half the vans look like a crack house, I have rode in a couple vans that have the same nasty old Cheetos in the same spot and dirty rags and stains (makes me want to throw up) and we are expected to be okay with riding in them. Also half the drivers are really unprofessional, they text while driving, or talk on speaker phone, like I give a dam about your personal life? And then if not that, then the radio is so dam loud it makes me not want to listen to a song I actually like... And god forbid we say something to one of these drivers then they get nasty towards us and will contact their dispatch to say it's us being rude instead of addressing the issue to fix it they turn it around on us. And then it a whole other story about how dispatch will not have vans on time, the last 6 days I have been picked up almost 2 hours late for my appointment and when I get done well then it might be another hour or two passed the pick up...

Well I hope someone fix these things because besides me a couple people are documenting these, pics and even audio of drivers being nasty for no reason to present to medicaid, not Logicisticare, medicaid pays your bills and that's through the customers (us)
