Terrible. I was asked to use this company for my wife being taken home. First, I had to pay upfront where other hospitals take the cost on initially and billed later. I have already been through hell and then, "I have to give my credit card number over the phone." My wife reports the driver was unprofessional and looked like he had just rolled out of bed. My wife reports he was all over the road and that when I called to complain the hospital gave me the run around to get a phone number. Sure! You can take my credit information over the phone, but you can't provide a phone number. Sketchy is all I have to say!! Go with a well known ambulance company from here on out!!
