I use to take my car there for only an oil change and they would always tell me my car needed some other type of service. One time Mike told me I needed to replace my serpentine belt. I checked my belt after knowing what to look for and there were no tears in the belt or any signs it needed to be replaced. The next time I took my car for an oil change someone else did the all points check and he said everything looked good and when I directly asked about my serpentine belt he said it looked fine.
Bottom line: I wouldn't discredit the work they do BUT be aware of the sales pitch. They will tell you your car NEEDS a type of service when it is only recommended, supposedly.
Another time I was servicing my car for an oil change they asked me if I wanted to check my alignment because they have a special, I said no. Next thing I know the guy is coming out with a paper pointing to decimals and saying my alignment isn't perfect and why I should get it.
I don't appreciate the sales pitch. I lost trust in their services and that's the main reason why I don't go there anymore. How am I suppose to know when there really is something wrong with my car or a replacement is needed, when they are constantly trying to make me spend an extra hundred each time I go in for an oil change? Disappointed.
