Wow the below comment nailed it. The woman, I believe her name was Ann, was extremely unpleasant. She not only argued with me about the distance of the tow, which my insurance had provided, she spoke over me and yelled at me several times. She wasn't accommodating in the least. She could not give me an exact price but wanted me to pay when the tow truck arrived. she is ruining this business and needs to be fired. I ended up using A.N.A. Which was actually 50 cents cheaper per mile. I refuse to be spoken down to, especially when I am paying someone 150 dollars.
